About Mark Dauner
Hi! I am Mark, a professional writer, content creator, and content marketing strategist. I hold bachelor's degrees in both business/marketing and information systems. After college, I spent 3 years in the financial services industry followed by 19 years working in marketing for a large global travel management company offering both B2B and B2C services and technology.
In 2008, I helped launch that company’s first social media presence and blog. For the last 7 years of my tenure, I was solely focused on content marketing strategy, helping the company tell its story and connect with its various audiences through content.
Since 2021, I have focused on helping help creators and companies create better, faster, and more efficient content. This includes:
Freelance content writing and copywriting for blogs, ebooks, white papers, and website copy.
Multimedia content services, including podcast editing and support
Content repurposing, syndication, and differentiation
Auditing, refreshing, and optimizing old and outdated content
Consultation on content marketing strategy and tactics
About Rock and Roll Reclaimed
At the heart of Rock and Roll Reclaimed is the need to stay the forefront of technology, automation, and artificial intelligence (AI) in marketing and digital content creation. The goal of this initiative is to make content that rocks, supported by smart technology and AI, helping individual creators and small to mid-sized brands make creative, human-centered, differentiating content.
About the Content, Robots, and Rock & Roll podcast
Launching in 2022, “Content, Robots, & Rock and Roll” gives you digital content expertise with a rock and roll twist. Each episode will bring you a new take on a content marketing or digital content creation concept, tactic, or strategy, with inspiration from some of the greatest rock & roll music ever made. We’ll also help you set yourself apart from the growing world of artificial intelligence (AI) in digital content creation.
To be clear, we don’t dislike the robots. We just want to redirect them a bit and use them as content marketing power tools that help you generate more creative, more efficient content.
